- Preparation of system requirements for the implementation of a new CRM system and its interfaces with related systems.
- Supporting the implementation of new functions of the CRM system to improve the client’s business processes.
- Support in the migration of data and processes between the client’s systems, while maintaining all system and business dependencies.
- Data clean-up, deduplication and update.
- Support in handling CRM system for commercial and passenger cars departments.
- Preparation of cloud pages for marketing purposes (e.g. fairs, collecting leads, tester community, etc.).
- Managing mailing campaigns, mass and personalized (customer journeys).
- Analysis and segmentation of target recipient, support in campaign planning.
- Designing dashboards and reporting regarding the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Business and technical consultancy by certified experts in the field of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Business goals:
Increase in car sales by building a long-term relationship between the car manufacturer’s brand and cars owners:
- Implementation of advanced and modern solutions based on Salesforce in the field of online marketing.
- Implementation of profiled marketing campaigns and improvement of communication (Newsletter).
- Migration to a new CRM system (Salesforce).
Scope:
- Operational activities mainly within the German market.
- Analysis and requirements management for implementation of a new CRM system at the international level.
Challenges:
- Preparation of requirements for migration to a new system, based on the existing, poorly documented infrastructure.
- Defining new and updating existing business processes due to the requirements of the new CRM system and GDPR regulations together with roles definition resulting from them.
- Building solutions for non-standard applications of the CRM system.
