Our approach
Variable market – agile methods – close cooperation
Global competition, shorter product life cycles and consequently the continuous changeability and unpredictability of the market creates greater consumer expectation towards business supporting IT solutions. In Consileon we are aware of this fact. Therefore, the foundation of our activity is close cooperation with our customers, enabling creation of solutions to meet their needs. This way we build the conditions for cooperation, so that our goal always coincides with the objective of the customer. Moreover we are committed to solving issues at the business level. For that reason we do not call ourselves a typical outsourcing company, because we conduct projects with our customers and not for them.
Thus we prefer to use so-called agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum). We appreciate focusing on providing customers with real business value, and thanks to the transparency of the progress of our work, our customers quickly appreciate the high rate of „value for money”. We also like to make things better, hence the focus on iterative work on the subject of the project and the way of its implementation. For all this we need feedback and we have developed ways to communicate effectively that is implemented also in the context of remote working.
In addition, we utilize Management 3.0 thanks to the possibility of working with people able to take full advantage of their talent.
As a consulting firm we are able to quickly and efficiently deploy ourselves in any project. We focus more on quality than quantity, and thus we usually begin projects in small teams or individual versatile consultants – we call it a „One-man-army ” scenario. We are specialists in many areas, but at the same time we are open and flexible so that we are not afraid of any challenges outside of our range. Our desire to achieve the best possible results is often reflected by going beyond our original role in the project, on account of the collected for over 10 years unique project consulting experience and a collection of good practices.
To make sure we promise our customers realistic results, and to achieve extra motivation of the team, the potential team members are engaged in sales meetings and contract negotiations.
