“No vendor lock-in” policy

We use simple and short contracts that allow us to start quickly and be evaluated in practice. Our key advantage is „no vendor lock-in” policy consisting of (among others):

• transferring the source code, documentation, and first and foremost copyrights to the results of our work to the customer,
• mandatory project knowledge migration period from us to the customer,
• the possibility of quick and easy termination of the contract (termination of cooperation in e.g.  7 days).

We have been collaborating this way with our customers for years. We cooperate on the basis of trust. We gain our customers by our work quality and not by loopholes in complicated contracts.
