History
History is a very important element for us. Thanks to it, today we can speak about the unique experience, skills and competences. Here are some important facts, that we would like to share.
2015
We conquer the USA: we implement 2 projects in Silicon Valley and one for a company from New York. We implemented the INK platform at American universities – innovative printing kiosks, used by thousands of students today. Its implementation received the Diamond Matrix prize.
Together with Syracom AG, our affiliated company, we started a cooperation with one of the biggest German investment banks. We support them in the implementation of the European Commission’s Regulation PRIIPs (concerning the strengthening of investors’ protection).
We actively participated in the life of our industry: among others, we supported the organizers of Startup Weekend or Rails Girls Szczecin, where most coaches are also the members of our team.
The Consileon Group is considered one of the top consulting companies in Germany.
We closely operate within the Klaster IT group – in cooperation with other affiliated companies, we have completed 5 contracts.
2014
The results clearly show that the implemented strategy brings measurable effect – for the first time in our history more than 50% of the revenue is generated through self-acquired projects. All this was achieved, among other thanks to cooperation with local IT companies that we met through our activities in West Pomeranian ICT cluster. We represent Szczecin at Berlin Outsourcing Forum and actively support the Rails Girls Szczecin, Geek Girls Carrots and as usual Netcamp and Devcrowd.
2013
We started a cooperation with Print Boks – a Slovenian startup creating printing kiosks. In addition, we helped with implementations of Direct Carrier Billing class solution in such exotic countries as Singapore and Malaysia.
2012
In cooperation with Net Mobile we undertake technical integration management of the Google Carrier Billing engine with the payment system of mobile telecommunications operators. In connection with the intensive development of the company on the Polish market in 2012 we prepared a new strategy taking into account the intense activity on the local market.
2011
We take a large project from our parent company and build a huge dedicated ERP system for a union of more than 200 companies in the cosmetic industry. We begin our cooperation with Bank Pekao SA, one of the biggest Polish banks, to support it in building applications for more than 15 thousand employees. Due to significant budget spent on training we enrich our expertise in both programming and management.
2010
We start working with Net Mobile – a subsidiary of the Japanese NTT Docomo, focused on mobile payments and content for more than 350 million mobile phone users in the world. This results in the implementation of a system to handle micropayments and in-app-payment, as well as portals enabling the creation, publication and sale of multimedia content on mobile devices.
Consileon Group presents the first product – an application designed to simulate the calculation of complex systems of commission – ConProv and what is important is that the main part was done by our team.
2009
We carry out projects commissioned by the German parent company – an example is a prestigious project for The Princely House of Liechtenstein group, providing estates and individual assets management services. The project is dedicated to support philanthropic activity.
Consileon Polska commences cooperation with a startup in terms of innovative solutions changing the telecommunications market in Poland.
We join the Western Pomeranian ICT Cluster.
2008
More projects on the German market – for AWD – a group of companies specializing in consulting and financial planning. For startup www.femory.de we realize the first project in the Ruby on Rails, and for the largest automotive concern in Europe, where we deal with the subject of data warehouse.
2007
We continue to develop – it is a year of selection and development of project teams, both on-site and nearshore. Project needs show us the necessity of investing in staff – we begin the process of training graduates of the Faculty of Computer Science at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
There are new project orders from the German market – we acquire projects from two major customers: Germany’s largest bank, serving more than 14 million retail customers, and one of the largest providers of software and services for the financial sector.
2006
We realize the first project for the Polish customer – an e-commerce system dedicated for the Polish and German market.
We start new projects on the German market: closed-end investment and pension funds management company as well as for a retail chain in Germany, having more than EUR 33 billion turnover per year and employing more than 200 thousand employees also being a member of a group of companies holding 15 thousand stores in 16 European countries.
We win the first customer on the Danish market – the company SquareSquid.
2005
Marcin Kaczmarek and Piotr Roubo, the first two Polish employees of the German parent company, establish Consileon Polska. From the beginning, we participate in the realization of works for financial institutions on the German market.
The dynamic growth of the company occurs. Our team of developers is evaluated very highly, it is also fully qualified and perfectly adapts to our customers’ project conditions.
